Miley Cyrus did WHAT?

Yeppers, this one caught us completely by surprise as we were lounging around the House of Libido:  Disney star Miley Cyrus is using ink to show her support for gay marriage.

Read all about it here.

And there it is, the very tattoo (from Miss Miley's very own Tweet), in which she proclaims that "All Love is Equal".  Of course, this caused the usual suspects to get their knickers all a-twist; in this case the most vociferous were The Culture and Media Institute, a wholly-owned and operated subsidiary of the Media Research Center.  They were last on Miss Cyrus' case for cavorting at her boyfriend's birthday party with a large penis-shaped cake.

So, this raises a couple of points.  First, we applaud Miss Cyrus' courage in using ink to make a statement.  Second, we agree with her statement that 'all love is equal'; given how many who read this blog fall outside of the CMI's comfort zone, we can not do otherwise.

Finally, as much as we like cake...oh well, we strongly suspect that it was only a brief flirtation with the birthday cake before she went back to the beefcake. *cough, cough*
